Cash, PayPal or Venmo is expected upon pickup, thank you.

There is a small dolly and furniture wrap on site you may borrow but you’ll need to bring everything else necessary to leave with your treasure (strong people to help carry, an appropriate size vehicle to haul the items etc.) If you can’t lift it by yourself or you are unable to help your person lift it, you need to find someone additional to bring along.

Measurements are on the photo using yardsticks. A yardstick is 3ft, 36” or one yard long.

There will also be additional items on site for sale not currently listed. (Every piece of furniture you see has contents and there is a full garage and utility room as well.

Pickup only by appointment in North Wales zip 19454. Send me your proposed pickup time and day and I’ll confirm with the complete address. I’m an estate liquidator, I don’t live there and my superpower is being able to get lost in a box so you may want to direct any questions about that zip code (like what’s it near, what’s it called, what was it called before, where is it....) to the google.

Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees of any kind. We or any party we represent are responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to you or your possession.

All the information I have is available in this listing. These items are super reasonable prices because they are being liquidated quickly. Fortunately for you, it’s a great bargain but do keep in mind I’m not charging enough to cover a customer service staff to answer the seven billion questions you may have (like what’s the depth behind the handles, what does it smell like, can I flip it over and photograph the bottom, do I know if it will fit in your vehicle etc.) You are welcome to come take a look and hug it, squeeze it, sniff it, whisper to it, whatever you need to make your decision. Offering the complete contents of two bedroom + office property with full garage. This is an estate liquidation, everything on site will be sold. The photos mainly show furniture but it’s all filled with contents as is all the closets.

Items are offered first come, first served, there are no holds and we do not discuss pricing unless you are onsite. We’re estate liquidators so we have limited information about the items beyond what is available here. We’re super motivated to move the items when you’re standing in front of us with a suitable way to transport them away, but otherwise, sorry! we’re emptying an estate, we don’t have time to keyboard negotiate.

There are some nice vintage items, made in Japan figurines, a large hull planter, a princess house cased glass vase, a fabulous kitsch lenticular print but a large amount are items are contemporary, new and/or new in box.
