By registering for and participating in this auction, all bidders agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Bidding & Winning
All bids are binding.
The highest bidder at the close of the auction is the winning bidder.
No bid retractions, cancellations, or price adjustments will be made after the auction closes.

2. Payment
Payment is required in full using the payment method on file with the auction platform.
If a payment is declined, the buyer is responsible for contacting their bank promptly to authorize the charge.
Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of items and suspension from future auctions.

3. Buyer’s Premium & Fees
Any buyer’s premium or platform fees are determined by the auction platform and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Sales tax may be applied where required by law.

4. Shipping
Shipping is handled in-house.
$15 flat shipping applies to all shipped orders within the United States unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges are charged separately and will be added to the card on file when items are shipped.
Items will be shipped within one week of the auction ending unless otherwise noted.
Items will be shipped to the address on file with the auction platform.
Tracking information will be provided upon request.
5. Condition of Items
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability but are for informational purposes only.
Normal wear consistent with age, use, or vintage condition should be expected.

6. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or failure to read descriptions.

7. Item Inspection
It is the bidder’s responsibility to ask questions or request additional information before bidding.
Requests for additional photos or condition clarification must be made prior to the auction closing.

9. Right to Refuse Service
The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bids, or bar users from future auctions at their discretion.
