Items are located in Whitehall (Not Tom Hall Auctions). The exact address will be provided in the paid receipt email sent to the successful bidder. This email will also include a link to schedule a pickup time or request shipping arrangements.

In-House Shipping Available for Small Items and Paintings Only
(No Furniture or Equipment). Bid with confidence—your small items and artwork will be carefully packed and shipped directly from our auction gallery. Our in-house service is faster and more affordable than most franchise pack-and-ship stores.

Shipping is available only for small items and paintings. We do not ship furniture or large equipment.

To use our shipping service, you must notify us by 4:00 PM on  July 15, 2025. If we are not notified by this deadline, shipping may not be available for your items.

Online Only Bidding: Auction starts closing with 2 items closing per minute, bidding continues as auction closes.

Extended bidding, if a bid is placed within the last 1 minute of a lot’s scheduled close time the bidding will be extended 1 minute from the last bid.

Buying at auction is not like buying new; the items are used, vintage and antique. They are consigned by estates and people downsizing. They have been used in people’s homes for their purposes, so while most items are in good condition, most are not in perfect condition.

Sales Tax: No sales tax will be applied.

Credit Card Payments: 20 % Buyer Premium, Credit Card Payment
We accept credit card payments for most purchases, which will be automatically charged.  However, at Auctioneers Discretion: The Auctioneer reserves the right to request wire transfer payments for any purchase at their discretion.
