Moving downsizing sale from very clean home in Old Lycoming Twp Apr 17-18

WOur next sale is here and it is coming the week of April 17 & 18th.  It will be held at 30 Berkshire Place in Old Lycoming Township.   We will be open those two days and will only be open on Saturday to cleanup and allow for pickup of items until noon. This sale comes from a very clean home with very nice and clean furnishings and furniture. We will have lots of items for sale and currently have several items on Facebook Marketplace.  Those items are a nice Brown Vinyl reclining sofa and also a very nice loveseat with electric reclining on both sides along with one Zero Turn mower just in time for your springtime mowing.  This mower has been well maintained and are as clean as everything else in this sale.  

Directions:  If you know where the Old Lycoming Fire Department is, you can turn up Marydale at the 7-11 on the corner.  Proceed up Marydale to Doris.  Turn Left on Doris Ave and then turn left at the stop sign.  Proceed to almost the bottom of Ridgedale Ave and Berkshire Place is the last turnoff on the right.  The home is on the right-hand side of the start of the Cul-de-sac.   

We have a beautiful collection of Glassware, small salt glaze crocks, baskets, China sets including a 38 pc set of Pfaltzgraff,  and cookware and serving appliances in the basement Kitchen area.  There are some really nice laundry carts and some linens in this area as well.  We also have an office chair with a lockable file cabinet.    In the family room on the next level there a recumbent elliptical exercise machine.  

In furniture, we have a beautiful antique oak secretarial cabinet with mirror.  In dining furniture, there is a very nice maple hutch as well as the double reclining Leather like vinyl sofa downstairs in this area.  We also have a few smaller cabinets and end tables available in the family room too!  Up on the main floor, there is a nice gray double reclining electric sofa with center console for your drinks and remotes as well as a vintage swivel rocking chair.

In electronics and appliances, we do have a nice Shark Vacuum and out in the garage we have a top-of-the-line Shampoo Rug and Upholstery heated Shark Cleaning system.  Down by the fireplace we have a nice Bose RC-410376 solo Sound System with Remote control.   In the basement we have an almost new Hisense De-Humidifier for help in  the upcoming months and controlling humidity in your basement.  We also have an LED Fireplace with built-in heater and it comes with a stand.  There is also a deep fryer, a toaster, some buffet warming crocks, a smaller cooking crock, kitchen utensils, steak knives, and other serving pieces  in the downstairs kitchen area and family room.  Outside, we have a very nice portable Weber Grill with fold out preparation areas.  The stand/cabinet  the grill is on is also for sale.  In the kitchen, there is a very nice large  and powerful newer Sharp Carousel Microwave with programmed weight defrost and cooking menus.   

We have a number of beautiful decorative collectibles, Framed Art prints, and more throughout the home.  There is also some really nice Green Depression glass pieces with some pieces glowing under UV Light.   There are a number of Princess House pieces for sale along with some beautiful etched clear glass pieces too.   

In other collectibles we have a few older dolls, stone jugs, crocks including sausage crocks, There is also a nice vintage SVEA Brass Kerosene camp stove.  

There are a few local publications and historical pamphlets in this sale too!

In Lawn and Garden and tools we have to start out with a zero turn  mowers one being a Toro with a 39” perfect for going though most fence gate doorways. We also have lots garden tools, hand tools, ladders, outdoor rugs, furniture, chairs, and more.   There is a set of Black and Decker Blower and Hedge trimmer powered by a powerful LI-Ion battery set w/ charger.   We also have a nice E-Go 50V Trimmer with Li-Ion battery and charger which was only used once.  

In additional household items are a number of velvet covered clothing hangers being sold in three separate lots.  There are some beautiful area rugs for sale in the home too.  We also have a number of Candle and fragrance items in the home for sale.  There are several storage cabinets also available in this sale.  

We will also be bringing in some very nice Gold and Silver jewelry as well as a large collection of coins and some costume jewelry to this sale too!  We will be adding some mens and womens clothing to this sale also!

While we did not list everything, you will find this sale worth coming back to again and again.  You will not be disappointed and we will have several tables of our box lot items included in this sale too!
