Sharpening Business Estate and 2 home combining downsizing sale

Our next sale is in interesting and exciting one and is located in Old Lycoming Township in Williamsport.  It is at 324 Lockcuff Rd just off Daugherty’s Run Rd off of 4th street in Newberry.  What is interesting is the items we have to sell at this sale. We will be open on Thursday, May 15 from 8:30am-3pm, Friday, May 16 from 8:30am – 2pm, and the owners will be open Saturday 8:30am-noon.  This sale will be held in a two-car garage and an adjoining sharpening shop.   The tools of this sharpening shop have all been well cared for and maintained over the years.  The repair parts and supplies for Foley machinery is still readily available and manufactured.    We are selling these tools which would be an excellent opportunity to get the items you need to create a business or side hustle that is AI resistant in the future.  One of the few businesses which will be untouched by the implementation of AI is the sharpening business due to the unique variety of processes each sharpening job requires.   As a result, you can build a future where you are the boss!    We will be providing a list of the machines we have later in this sale listing.  You can consider buying everything or just one piece.

Directions to the sale:  Proceed out West 4th street from downtown and go past High Steel.  Turn Right onto Daughertys Run Rd.  Go one mile and turn right onto Lockcuff Rd.  Take Lockcuff Rd and 324 is .3 miles on the right hand side.  It has a three car garage and just follow directions for parking.  Please do not drive up to the driveway by the garage as there is no easy way to control traffic at that area. 

In the meantime, this sale is not just the sharpening business, but the beginning of the combining of two households into one.  We will be selling household goods, some small appliances including a brand-new large microwave oven by Amana, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker by Gevalia and another by Kuerig.  We will also have other appliances and items at this sale including a universal Zig-Zag sewing machine with attachments.  We also have a smaller treadmill and a Body By Jake exercise piece that retailed for $450.00 at an unbelievable price!

We have nice décor items including décor items for every occasion.   This sale will include household items you use everyday.   We put a lot of photos on our site so you can see for yourself what we have to offer. 

In furniture we are selling a modern computer desk, a work desk with chair, two gun cabinets that lock, several small tables and stands, along with a hand made table and cabinet.  We also have several shelving units for sale too. 

However, something that needs a special mention is an almost new condition (has 271 Hours but well cared for and well maintained) John Deere x530 Tractor with Mowing Deck, 47” snow blower, Agrifab Cart, Craftsman Sweeper, Ground aerator, Wheel Lift, weights plus wheel weights, new oil filters, new air filters, new fuel filter, and more.  We have this item for sale right now one Facebook Market Place and it could be sold by the start of the sale.  If you are interested, please contact us.  We will be taking offers on this item if it is still available for the sale.

In addition to the machinery above, we have all kinds of hand and power tools along with supplies and chemicals to assist in properly cleaning and caring for blades of all types and just to do everyday work too!   We also have an air cleaning system for sale which operates with a toggle switch on the power cord and plenty of filters to use for this item.
