Electronics will work when plugged in or we will refund money if returned within 24 hours. All items being sold "As is" are not warranted or guaranteed. Bring your own help to load large items!

Perfect-2-perfect @ Onlinetradingassistant.com  is having a whole home estate sale on Elmira Street 8/6 Wed noon-6pm (Address to be provided closer to the sale), Thur, 8/7 8:30am-3pm, Fri 8/8 8:30am-2pm & Saturday 8am-noon if needed.  Three floors plus garage and tents are loaded for this definite 3 day sale.   We are starting early on a Wednesday afternoon to allow people that work during the weekday (9-5)  time to shop this wonderful selection of items which we have been entrusted with.   The sale is just one half block down from the back of the entrance to Cochran School on Elmira Street.  Just off of Market Street, you can turn left onto Belmont Street and then turn Left.    Additional parking in the area on Belmont, Oakland, and the alley way to Cochran School.   Depending on availability, there may be additional parking near or at the school grounds.   This is a sale you will not want to miss.   We have so many great items which have been kept over the years, you are sure to find something you need or want to have here!  Due to the size of the home, we will have to limit the amount of people we can let in at one time.  This home is packed and it may take a little while until the initial crowd can be let in completely.  There is so much to see and we do appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience during the first day!  Please realize we are extremely busy preparing many sales right now and ask that you refrain from asking us questions regarding prices or holding items for you.  These inquiries cannot be answered.  

In furniture, we believe we have about 10-12 antique oak washstands, lovely Dixie Bedroom Furniture in terms of Dressers and chests, additional Dressers and chests are throughout the upstairs including an awesome Queen Size Oak Veneer headboard and footboard bed complete with a split queen mattress set.   Additional beautiful furniture includes Pennsylvania House Cherry Dining Room table and chair set with matching Hutch and convex glass upper unit.  We also have several other hutches and curio cabinets throughout the home.  Then, you have to see the tiger striped pattern oak sideboard with mirror, Lions head carved accessories along with the claw feet.  This sideboard is something you do not see every day!   You will be amazed at the variety of furniture items at this sale from depression era desks, chests, trunks, bookshelves, shelves, stands of every shape and size, marble toped furniture including coffee tables, oak washstand with marble top, and we even have a regulator style clock and grandfather clock which both ran for one week once we got them balanced and wound up. There is an awesome wardrobe with top storage for hats and other items at the bottom of the steps to the 2nd floor that you also have to see!  It features a lockable upper unit and plenty of storage down in the main area so you could keep all the coats you will ever need for the entire year in one place in the house.   We also have a number of chair frames ready for caning and lots of caning materials to complete the work with.    If you have a home that could use a little bit of yesterday’s looks for beautiful furnishings, this is your one stop for sure!  

In glassware we have Green Uranium Glass depression glass (check out our photos under a black light), pink depression glass, Pyrex, Fire King tulip bowls, nesting bowls, new in the box Sage Green Golden Swirl Pyrex casserole dishes with lids, cobalt blue glassware, Corning Cornflower pattern casserole and other dishware in that pattern,

In housewares and kitchenware, there is a Silverware Chest with Flatware, Kitchen Utensils, Roasters, pots and pans of all sizes including gray graniteware, white with black and white and red enamel pans, cutlery, lots of canning jars including the old blue kind with zinc lids, cast iron skillets, an old copper finish bread box, Revere ware (copper clad)  new in the box, .  We also have a few jewelry cases and a larger jewelry armoire for sale.

In collectibles, we have a large head vase collection, tea cup and saucer collection, as well as salt and pepper shakers of every variety.  We also have a nice selection of glass and fabric lamp shades to fit almost any sized and type of lamp.  There are 3 Singer Treadle sewing machines with cabinets including an awesome “red eye” model for great prices. There is a good selection of Plasticville pieces and other train track décor items (no trains or track).  There is also a very interesting collection of cast iron banks and die cast cars and other toys for you to select from at this sale too!  Just in time for Christmas, we have a wonderful selection of highly desirable Christmas and Halloween items.   There are also some very nice collectible albums with 70’s and 80’s music and earlier albums too!

In clothing, we will be placing a large variety of clothing outside under a tent, but we also have a wonderful selection of vintage baby clothing (many new in package) with names like “Osh Kosh” to select from and they would make excellent gifts.  We also have a nice vintage leather Garden Korean Bomber Jacket.  There is a vintage collection of ladies handbags and purses to select from too!

In electronics and cameras, we have a large selection of lamps, two Canon AE-1 35mm SLR Cameras with some accessories, a Kodak Brownie movie camera, Transistor Radios, old Flip Style Alarm Clock Radios, and a Canon Power Shot SD1000 Digital Elph Camera too. 

We have a very large selection of artwork throughout the home for you to admire and purchase.  This includes a number of items hand painted or designed by a local artist, vintage religious artwork and much more!

In toys, there is a new sealed vintage Monopoly game, Barbi, other dolls including Raggedy Anne, Cabbage Patch Dolls, the Muppets and other dolls.  There is a Mattel’s Hotwheels Supercharger sprint set in the box, Captain Maddox doll in the original box, board games, old lunch boxes, Tinker Toys, several Big-Little Books, Toy cars, old kazoos and other tin litho items, and much more. 

Linens include Popcorn Chenille bedspreads, sheet sets (some new in package), towels, quilts, comforters, needlepoint pieces, napkins, table cloths, and doilies, afgans, plus lots more!  There is also a selection of yarn’s from crochet to knitting yarns. 

We also have a GE Refrigerator/Freezer in the basement for a great price! 

Outdoors, we have a nice selection of quality hardwoods for sale, metal chairs perfect for your river lot, outdoor seating, folding wooden chairs, tomato stake frames, wooden bench.   We will also have a tent of costume and fine jewelry for you to browse through along with the clothing we will be bringing out from the home prior to the start of the sale.  

In the garage we have a large selection of tools and power equipment with a Dewalt Mitre Saw, Rockwell Wood Lathe, Dewalt Biscuit Router, Craftsman Router with table and a separate router.  Lots of Router Bits by Grizzly and other makers.   Plenty of hand and power tools, garden tools, shop vacs, ladders, and much more.   We also have a vintage front end garden tiller as well as a Mantis style tiller, and a lawn mower,   There are several collectible oil cans and plenty of galvanized tubs and buckets for you to purchase.  We also have a small selection of tools including a Grizzly scroll saw in the basement area of the home too!

While we tried to capture everything available, there is just so much to see and buy it this sale, we could not mention everything.  We have over 280 photos so we are going to let them do the talking.  If you are seeing this on estatesales.net, please realize we are just placing the first 200 photos on that site.  We will have all the photos available on a slide show on our website for you to view too.

Once again, this home is packed.  So much so, that we had to take a majority of our clear glassware and box lots and some furniture to another location.  That sale will be held in two weeks from this sale in the same neighborhood on Rural Avenue.
