Moving/Downsizing sale on Cochran Dr Duboistown Thur-Fri 12/4-5 starts at 8:30am

This is a whole home moving and downsizing sale and will feature items throughout the 2 story home with a basement and outside at the carport and the front covered porch as well.  This sale will be held at 2818 Cochran Ave in Duboistown.   The sale will be held on Thursday and Friday, December 4th & 5th with snow dates being December 5th & 6th.  Our hours the first day will be from 8:30am-3pm and the 2nd day will be 8:30am-2pm.   Due to the size of the home, we may have to limit the sale admittance at the beginning of the sale. 

            To get to the sale, go through Duboistown and remember to use the Maynard Street bridge in case the Arch street bridge may still be shutdown due to the Water company doing work on and around the bridge at the time of this writing.   The bridge is supposed to be open after November 28th so this may be open by the time of the sale.  Go through the town of Duboistown on 654 and once you go past the Arch Street entrance onto Rt 654, you will want to turn Right onto Edgewood Ave.  Cochran Drive is the first intersection.  Turn left on Cochran and the home is on the right.   Please note while parking is allowed  on both sides of the street, the southside of Cochran may not be available to park on  if there is snow that has to be removed.   Please do not park in neighboring driveways or yards.  

            In this sale we have several pieces of furniture including a complete Full-Size Bed, A complete twin bed and a separate full-size mattress and box spring set.   We also have some dressers with mirrors, chests and a wardrobe cabinet/chest, a Cedar Chest by Lane and more.  In the dining room we have a table with chairs as well as a matching hutch.  In the kitchen area, we have a drop leaf table, metal cabinet, and a very cool mission style shelf.  On the porch, there is a very nice Black Upholstered Futon.     We also have a really large cabinet with Formica Topped surface perfect for a kitchen island.  This portable cabinet is a larger unit with casters to allow easy movement in your kitchen or any room where you might need more storage with the functionality of a cabinet with a table surface on it. 

            In terms of large appliances, we have several large home appliances for sale.  Since this house is a gas home, we have a like new Gas Range, a Gas Dryer, we have a very nice and running  Samsung 25.5 Cu Ft Refrigerator/Freezer,  and a top load washing machine for sale.   If you don’t want a newer washer, we do have an older wringer style washing machine for sale too!    

            In smaller appliances, we do have a portable ice cube maker, a like new Sharp Carousel Microwave oven, large oval crock pot, Coffee Maker, Portable Skiller cooker by Presto, Fry Daddy, Sunbeam Hot water dispenser,a Bissell Powerforce Vacuum cleaner, several Box Fans,  and no sale would be complete without a George Foreman Lean/Mean Grilling machine!

            We have lots of linens and women’s clothing of various sizes.   There is costume Jewelry for the ladies to look through.   There is also a selection of ladies purses, shoes (Ladies size 10 & 11 and size 6) and other clothing accessories to choose from. 

            There is a large selection of household cleaners, auto cleaning and maintenance items including Anti-Freeze and windshield washer fluids, Armor-all, gardening and other insecticide items downstairs in the basement.  We also have a number of different types of paints, stains, and solvents too!   There is a large selection of hand tools downstairs along with garden hoses and more.   

            In the carport we have a large number of garden tools and power equipment in the carport area.   We also have a power washer, air compressor, table saw, and much more available at this sale.

            This sale also has a number of Web style outdoor chairs, folding chairs in bags, and lots of various size coolers for sale too!

            In collectibles, we do have an older Marx Trainset with track and some accessories being sold just in time for Christmas.  We also have a nice selection of vintage Christmas Items.   We also have a very vintage bike with a real leather seat, old metal litho games  including bowling with the pins, Albums including the Beatles 2nd album.   We also have a nice selection of vintage puzzles in the box lot area.  

            While we have not listed everything at this sale, we do have lots of photos available to show you what is at this sale for you to purchase.   We also have a number of box lots which were not photographed in the car port and ready to find a new home.   Hope to see you at this sale!
