THE ESTATE SALE WILL START AT 8am ON FRIDAY, THE 27th, IN THE GARAGE ONLY. PEOPLE WILL BE LET IN BASED ON THEIR PLACEMENT ON THE SIGN-UP SHEET. THE ESTATE SALE IN THE MAIN HOUSE WILL BEGIN AT 9am ON FRIDAY, THE 27th, UNTIL 2pm. SATURDAY, THE 28th, IS OPEN FROM 9am-2pm.
CASH preferred! Also can take Venmo and Credit Card.
NO BAGS OR PURSES ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. BOXES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR SHOPPING. SIGN UP SHEET WILL BE PUT OUT AT FRONT DOOR OF HOUSE AT 6am ON FRIDAY, JUNE 27th. NO OTHER SIGN-UP SHEETS ARE ALLOWED. Bring Help to Load Large Items, Not Responsible for any Accidents.

Fabulous Charlestown RI antique estate sale. Eclectic home decor with something for everyone. Take a ride to our sale before heading to the beautiful RI beaches or a hike in Ninigret Park. This sale is an outdoor enthusiast's dream, featuring a vintage Dyer Dinghy with masts, oars and trailer, vintage wooden boat models, a fantastic 3-mast sailboat diorama, antique fishing poles and equipment, antique wooden oars, nautical portholes, lamps, lighting and other seafaring vintage gear! You will also find an adult tricycle, quality horse riding boots and hats along with a wide variety of old tools and gadgets for the outdoor explorer. Also featured in the sale are collections of Woodard Chantilly Rose wrought iron patio furniture as well as garden shelving, pots and planters for the outdoors. The garage and outdoors will be accessible to shoppers for early buying at 8:00 a.m. on the first day of the sale.

The home features many name brand and designer furnishings, both old and new, including a Henkel Harris dining room set, desk and tables, unique side tables, couches, chairs, interesting antique trunks and chests, desk and armoires as well as several wool/Karastan area rugs. Home accents include several antique cuckoo clocks, a variety of lamps and many pieces of original signed works of art. For those looking for "smalls", you will not be disappointed. The estate includes interesting WWII weaponry, antique tools, vintage gadgets, a collection of silver plate dining pieces, vases, wall hangings, vintage bedding, needlepoint pillows and other home decor.

For those passionate about clothing, come check out the Emelio Pucci 1960s Terry/velour robe, 70s Lilly maxi dress, black lace cocktail dress and vintage wool sweaters and coats. Many newer items of clothing including brand names such as Banana Republic, J. Crew, etc. There are also a few purses and vintage jewelry.

For the practical shopper, there will be plenty of kitchen items, including dinnerware, pots/pans, cast iron cookware, bowls, tureens, Corning ware, and more--some vintage/some new. We have LOTs of books, needlepoint supplies and Christmas holiday decorations. Plenty of high quality bedding, towels, bed and bath accessories. Boring but necessary!
