Cash and credit cards with valid I.D. accepted. There will be an 3% fee for all credit card transactions. All pieces are sold as is and all sales are final. Out of respect for the homeowner we will allow 15 people in the home at a time, including staff. Please park on the street and be careful not to block driveways. Doors will open at published time. Please bring help for large or heavy items. If our staff members do assist in moving large or heavy items please consider tipping them. If you need delivery of items we will have a mover on sight with whom you can make arrangements. If you break an item you are responsible for payment. We are not responsible for accidents.
