We do NOT start lists, and we do NOT follow if someone does. We go by an orderly line. Any issues we ask the parties to leave.
All sales are final, as is where is. There are no refunds. You must bring your own packing supplies and assistance when removing larger items.
We require respect towards buyers and staff as well as the neighbors and the home itself.
We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, credit & debit. Sorry no checks.
No early birds and we will open on the exact time. We reserve the right to exclude anything or refuse selling to anyone for poor behavior or arguing with staff or buyers.

Wow last week was great! We have been able to get at just about all the items we couldn't last week. We will be bringing in more tools, more collectibles, vintage BB & pellet guns. There will be vintage clothing, electronics, and so much more. There will obviously be some things from last week but you do not want to miss this one as we continue to clear estates!! We will be adding pictures the next couple of days so check back often.
Same as last weekend. We will begin to bring items out at 8am. NOBODY can come in prior to 9am. We keep it fair and fun. Still tons to dig through. There will be art added, more books, some vintage concert posters! Just a whole lot more. Send a message if you have any questions.
