DO NOT Go onto the property early. We have had too many people looking in windows at crazy hours. Do not take ANYTHING outside or go in the dumpster. We have 24 hour surveillance and police will be called. Thank you for your understanding.

We do NOT start lists, and we do NOT follow if someone does. We go by an orderly line. Any issues we ask the parties to leave.

All sales are final, as is where is. There are no refunds. You must bring your own packing supplies and assistance when removing larger items.

We require respect towards buyers and staff as well as the neighbors and the home itself.

We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, credit & debit. Sorry no checks.

No early birds and we will open on the exact time. We reserve the right to exclude anything or refuse selling to anyone for poor behavior or arguing with staff or buyers.

If you've been to a Dragonfly Sale you know what a great day these are! If you haven't you need to come by. We are closing these two shop storage locations to focus on our main store. We have loaded it with items from multiple estates, items from our retail shop. We still add everyday until the sale. If you came a couple of months ago there is a LOT you haven't seen. We start a little later so you can stop by some other places. You can NOT check out items before the sale no matter what time you arrive. There are no exceptions!

Bundling is strongly encouraged. Most items will be INCREDIBLE deals. Some items just are what they are. Clothing, art, tools, shelving, knick knacks, and everything in between. Almost everything you see in the photos will be available, there may be a couple of exceptions.

It truly has to go. We will accept any reasonable offers and I'm sure a couple of unreasonable ones. We are still researching a few things and we won't sell it if we aren't sure (i.e. mostly art).

You will absolutely regret not coming! We keep it simple fun and easy. If you are a buyer on Saturday we will have a special time on Sunday for 75-100% off yes we said 100%.
