By entering this property, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with entry. You agree to enter at your own risk. The homeowner and hosting business assume no liability for any injury, loss, or damages. Individuals who do not agree to these terms will not be permitted entry.
Any theft, price tampering, concealment of items, or other illegal activity will be reported to the local police.
ENTRY PROCEDURES
To ensure a fair and orderly process, a numbered entry system will be used:
Numbers will be distributed beginning at 7:00 AM
Unofficial lists are not recognized
Entry will be granted in numerical order
Line cutting or disorderly conduct will result in removal from the premises, without exception
SALES POLICY
All sales are final
All items are sold as-is, where-is
No refunds, returns, or exchanges
Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials and assistance for large item removal
Movers may be available for hire and work for gratuities
CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS
All guests are expected to treat staff, fellow customers, neighbors, and the property with respect at all times.
