1. _No Early Birds_: The sale will start promptly at the designated time. Numbers will be available on the porch at 8am.
Please respect our start time and do not arrive early.

2. _Parking_: Please note that there is NO PARKING in the driveway. Cars parked in the driveway will be towed. Please park on Rockland Drive and walk up the driveway or park on Hunt Avenue and walk across. Do not block anyone's driveway.

3. _Respect the Neighbors_: Please be mindful of noise levels and property.

4. _Removal of Purchased Items_: Buyer is responsible for removal of all purchased items. Furniture must be removed by the end of the sale.

5. _Furniture Removal_: Please bring movers/helpers and a truck. No furniture movers will be on site.

6. _Payment_: Cash only. No credit cards or personal checks accepted.

7. _No Pre-Sale Pricing_: No prices will be quoted before the sale.

8. _Enter at Your Own Risk_: Please be aware of your surroundings and enter the property at your own risk.

9. _As-Is, No Refunds_: All items are sold as-is, with no guarantees or refunds.

10. _Tickets_: Tickets will be distributed one hour prior to the stated opening time.

11. _Bags or Large Purses_: Bags that don’t zip are fine! Bring bags and boxes and load them up!
