Description & Details

Here is an opportunity to find an abundance of varying collections that  will warm homes and hearts. The collections have been hand selected from a life of world travels and have the charm and quality found in vintage  and antique items.  Walking through this one-story ranch home is a pleasure with art dispersed in every room in the form of figurines,  books and framed hand painted works and  high quality prints.  Antique Japanese 4 and 6-panel wall screens are available that serve as statement pieces in a room’s decor.  The antique carved Asian figures alone are worth the visit to this sale, or maybe the hundreds of books that cover a wide variety of subjects will give you plenty of pause.

As everything in this home is from a different time, so it is also with the old school turntables, small radios, 1970’s typewriter, projectors and portable screen, tape players, televisions, and the piece de resistance is a 19th Century Polyphon that delivers superb sound with the drop of an English Penny.   There are several smaller music boxes to be found as well. The next grand piece to admire is an antique Hepplewhite period mahogany desk.  It is a remarkable family heirloom piece where a lifetime of letters were scripted, and will bring the same elegance and value to a new home.  It was constructed by a talented craftsman in England in the early 1900’s.  To accompany the desk, a late 1800’s mahogany hand carved chair is available, along with several other antique wood chairs of different styles that accent many rooms in the home.

A  newer time period, the 1950’s, is also heavily represented with a queen bedroom set, living room sets, and a very grand mahogany entry hall clock that keeps perfect time.  The furniture selection is vast with several sofas and upholstered armchairs, sideboards, book shelves, dressers and outdoor dining sets.

A selection of brass planters, cachepots and decorative boxes are available.

There are some garage items that suit everyday needs to keep up a yard, as well as repairing tasks for the home with nuts and bolts.  The kitchen has a Rachel Rae cooking set and misc useful kitchen items.  A small dorm style refrigerator is available as well.

We look forward to seeing you!
