This is a Cash Only Sale! No cards or checks will be accepted!

All prices are set, specialty items we be priced accordingly!

Please bring help for loading of large items, Southern Elite Estate Sales staff will be unable to assist. We will not move furniture!

All Estate Purchases are Final, No Refunds or Exchanges, All items purchased as is where is, Items must be picked up at the time of purchase.
We do not do pricing or purchases over the phone, you must attend the estate sale for pricing and purchases.

Guidelines and rules

Guidelines:
We have a lot of new followers on our page so we thought we would go over the rules and as a reminder to everyone ....
We know how exciting it is waiting on the other side of the door.
1. We do not quote prices prior to the sale. We are in so many homes in a week it's hard to remember and we don't want to misquote.
2. We do not presell items. Why would you want to come to the sale if people were shopping before you?!
3. The first one to pay for an item is the owner of the item. If you are just looking at an item or googling it and someone else pays for it. It’s theirs.
4. After the end of business on the last day of the sale, we can't sell you anything, it no longer is ours to sell.
5. No pushing, shoving, name calling, rudeness, slapping hands or physically snatching something from someone else, or taking off someone else's sold sticker, or shopping someone else's pile. you will be booted from the sale.
6. Our sales are cash only. We do not accept checks or cards. We do not accept any form of cash apps.
7. Keep out, private, do not open or blocked off with blue tape, should not need explanation but people tend to think it doesn't mean them or I'm only peeking.
8. We do not load. If you see something big you are interested in, bring help to move and load it.
9. We have had people line up the day before a sale. We are excited for people to do this. However, DO NOT ENTER THE PROPERTY BEFORE THE START OF THE SALE or before anyone from Southern Elite has arrived. We will ask you to leave if you do so.
10. Any item purchased must be picked up by the end of business on the final day of sale or will be forfeited, no refund, if abandoned after sale.
11. Do not change prices or remove tags. This is stealing and you will be asked to leave and not come back to any of Southern Elite sale.

We appreciate all our customers and want everyone to have a fun and smooth sale. Following these guidelines will help ensure this.
