Even though the sale is outdoors, there will still be a sign up sheet to keep things fair. We are located off Hwy 10 closer to Troy than Bradley. If you find yourself on a long dirt road, you're not lost, just keep going. The house is plainly visible from the road and can't be missed. Sometimes GPS is wrong about EXACT location. As long as you stay on the dirt road, you will find it.

Terms & Conditions

Downsizing at our circa 1835 home. Despite the size of our home and outbuildings, we are running out of room and need to clear out our attic, outbuildings etc.
The sale will be cash only, no cards and no personal checks.
Please bring help to load as we will be unable to help.
We will have boxes and packing material on hand for free.
There will be ample parking both on the property and on the road.
We will post pictures as we clean out and go through things.
We ARE NOT responsible for accidents while on the property, so please use discretion and care while you browse. We live out in the country so there are snakes, biting and stinging bugs etc. on the property, please keep this in mind.
We make no claims or warranties on anything sold. All items were in good working condition when stored but have been stored for a year or more. All sales final and as is.
The sale will be held outdoors on our 5-acre property, some of the larger furniture and the vintage clothing will be inside and as with most estate sales, only a certain number of people will be allowed in to view those things at a time.
We have 24-hour video surveillance throughout the property, inside and out 24/7.
