Customer Information:
We have made a few posting changes in order to allow customers to mark their calendars ahead and to give new shoppers the opportunity to know how we operate.
In the past, I have posted the sale after gaining access to the location. Now, I will post the sale once the contract is obtained and the start date is determined. Pictures will be posted after the start date.
Not all of the sales will need a number system. When we expect a very large turnout, we use the online number system. For those who are not familiar with it; the instructions will be posted on the website at estatesalessupreme.com. (Due to this system being provided by one of the estate sale advertising sites, we are not able to give full instructions, on all the other sites, directing you to their competition.) It gives you an opportunity to retrieve a number for you and your guest while sitting at home or standing in line at another sale. It is a new system so if you do not know how to access it, we will help at the sale. If we do not use the online number system, and there is a large line, we will only allow so many in at a time.
Forms of payment: cash and cards (fee for cards)
Sales tax is charged. We are licensed with the state as a retail business.
Some areas may be marked off due to safety reasons and/or the area has items that are not for sale.
Pricing questions are reserved for the in person sale. This enables us to focus on getting the sale ready for opening day.
Descriptions of items will be posted under the picture before opening day.

No money is due upfront for us to conduct an estate sale. (Tag sale)
