3 Day Onsite Estate Sale Conway by Grand Strand Estate Sales & Liquidations

Onsite 3 day Estate Sale starts Friday Dec 5th 9 am to 2 PM, Saturday Nov 22nd 8 am to 2 PM, Sunday 10 am to 1 PM. Just in time for the holidays. Please take the time to read the descriptions & buyers terms carefully. More descriptions will be added. Friday prices are marked & firm. Saturday everything is ½ off unless marked otherwise.
Mark calendars & do not miss. Please read through all of the terms, conditions & descriptions. More descriptions & photos will be added. Please park on one side of street & do not block driveways or mailboxes. Be considerate. As always, we appreciate our shoppers & ask to continue spreading the kindness & goodness. Thank you. Furniture & large item removal responsibility of buyer. Bring newspaper & plastic bags to help wrap your breakables. Bring help for loading & boxes for packing items. We cannot walk out to your cars to load. Must come with own way to lift, haul & load. Cash & all major credit cards accepted (3% transactional fee). No checks please. Come prepared to shop & buy with cash preferred please. Grand Strand Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents. If a shopper accidentally breaks an item, the shopper will become a buyer of that item. : )
Announcement regarding pickup/removal of your items. If you buy, plan to pick up your items by Sunday at 12 pm no later. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOVERS. It is the buyers responsibility to provide adequate equipment, packing materials & manpower to remove fully paid for items. For large or heavy items, we recommend hiring professional movers. Again, we cannot leave our estate sale stations to carry items out for you.

Pick Up / Removal: Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. All items must be removed the same day or by Sunday noon. We do not accept deposits nor hold items unless paid in full. If you are not back to get item by 1:00 PM Sunday, items become property of Estate Sale Company.

Items that have not been picked up will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given.
We do not provide refunds, all items sold as is where is & some are not tested. We do not do presales on all items. Please come to the sale to inspect & buy. Don't hesitate to email us. We will try to respond.
