Numbers will be given out 1 hour before sale start time each day.
We do not honor homemade signup sheets.
Cash is preferred at the sale, but cards and checks will be accepted. Also accept Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. Tax will be charged as it became law in NC on 2-2020 for auctions and estate sells. Very sorry about this tax charged. We ask customers if you see anyone switching tags or stealing items, too please let us know as estate sale companies in general have had an increase with these problems. This is a very small percentage of people as 99.9% of estate sale customers are very honest people.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect each item they are purchasing. No previews or pre-sales prior to sale.
We are unable to quote prices prior to sale day.
All items must be removed by end of sale. Please plan to load your items yourself as we may or may not have anyone available to assist. We will have a limited amount of wrapping and boxes so please feel free to bring boxes or bags.
SMALL children must be supervised at all times.

5. Custom made dining room table for pre sell for 750. Mint condition table was custom made 20 years ago in NY. She paid 6000 for it at that time. See pictures for details.

6. Custom made matching cabinet to dining room table for pre sell for 400. Large cabinet is made in 4 sections that come apart, but top is 1 piece. Paid 4500 for it 20 years ago.

7. Mid Century coffee table available for pre sell for 110.

8. Invacare wheelchair for pre sell priced at 250. Nice condition. Needs battery.

9. Rear hitch electric lift for scooter listed as a presell item for 250. -SOLD

10. Wood kitchen table and 6 chairs for pre sell for 175.00. -SOLD
