Terms

1. Inquiries Before the Sale
After the sale begins, inquiries may be texted to 678-571-4712 and will be answered as time permits. Individual prices can not be given prior to the start of the sale.
2. Line Sign Up
A sign up list will be available by 8AM daily. You must come to sign up in person, texts or phone calls requesting your name on the list is not permitted.
3. Parking
Please adhere to all local parking guidelines and observe posted no-parking signs. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or park on lawns. We kindly request that you respect the neighbors and their property. Note that the main driveway is designated as a loading zone and is not available for customer parking.
4. Shopping Guidelines
Outside shopping bags are not permitted. Please do not pull price tags if your not absolutely sure you are purchasing.
5. Restricted Areas
Please respect areas in the house marked as "Do Not Enter." These spaces are reserved for the homeowners personal items and are not for sale. Anyone entering these “Do Not Enter Areas” will asked to leave the sale.
6. Item Conditions
All items are sold "as-is." Please inspect items carefully before completing your purchase.
7. Item Availability
In rare cases, items pictured online may not be available for sale. Please check photos prior to coming to the sale as we keep pictures updated.
8. Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept cash and Venmo.
Personal checks and other forms of payment are not accepted.
9. Exclusions to Daily Discounts
As the sale progresses, discounts may be applied to items.
However, items marked as "Firm" are excluded from daily discounts.
10. All Sales Final
No returns, refunds, or exchanges. All purchased items are your responsibility once they are paid. If it is a large piece and moving arrangements need to be made, all items must be picked up by the end of sale. Items left after the sale will be considered abandoned and donated to charity the following day.
11. Moving and Transporting Items
Customers are responsible for providing their own labor to move large items. Recommendations for professional movers can be provided upon request.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Signature Estate Sales reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
13. J.A.H Antiques or homeowner are not responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property.
