AUCTION END TIME:

--- Online auction bidding ends on the evening of Sunday, April 19, 2026. The lots end in a staggered manner with the first lot ending at 7:00 pm and subsequent lots ending about one minute apart.

--- The end time for lots that have ongoing bidding will be extended for a couple of minutes until all bidding on that lot ends.

PAYMENTS and PICK UP DAYS / TIMES:

Please see “Terms of Sale” for payment instructions. Paid property should be picked up TUESDAY, April 21 between 11—5 pm at 519 Huntington Road, Greenville, SC 29615. Signs will be posted.

Some items in this auction are heavy and large. Please bring your own packing and moving equipment and bring help to move and load heavy, bulky items. Winning bidder may also have small items (not furniture and large items) shipped by our third party shipper (UPS store).
