2. Neither the Home Owner nor the Liquidator company are liable for injury, accidents, or stolen personal property.
3. Please respect neighbors' yards do not block any driveway or the flow of the roadway.
4. No pets or pocketbooks allowed, please leave them in your vehicle.
4. Bring your husband to load heavy items. We can not assist.
5. Please bring your bags and packing material.
6. Everything will be sold as-is with no guarantees. No refunds or exchanges. No exceptions to this rule.
