* Legacy Estate Sales, LLC reserves the right to refuse service & admittance to anyone being disruptive to our ability to conduct business.

*We reserve the right to open early!!!*
*In order to avoid crowding / parking issues we may open doors EARLIER than scheduled.

*Legacy Estate Sales, LLC reserves the right to limit the number of people entering a home/ site at a time (if needed)

*We use video surveillance at every sale

We accept cash and cards, NO checks.
3% fee applies for credit/debit card transactions

Legacy Estate Sales is NOT responsible for accidents.

NO restrooms

Bring help for loading large/ heavy items. We will not provide help for moving purchased items.

Bring tools if buying appliances or furniture that may need to be disassembled

No food or drink in homes please

No video/ live streaming/ go pro cameras. Sales are taking place in a private residence to be hosted by Legacy Estate Sales, LLC

We are unable to quote prices over the phone or email

* All sales are final & items are sold as is

* We can object to a price on an item if we feel it has been changed.
