Cash, Venmo, Paypal or CashApp accepted. All purchases are final. Not responsible for accidents.

Buyers will be responsible for moving all furniture pieces they have purchased from the home, so please bring your own help to move and load them.

Lighting fixtures will need to be disassembled after 3:00 on Saturday 5th with homeowners present. Please bring your own tools to remove lighting fixtures.

Any appliances purchased may be picked up after 3:00 on Saturday the 5th with homeowners present. Please bring your own tools to remove appliances.

We will take bids on the car, with a minimum bid limit. If the bid limit is not met, owner will consider the offers at their discretion.

All Purchases are final, No returns accepted.
