Welcome to our Wow! Grand Strand Estate Sale at Market Commons!  This is a 3 day onsite living Estate Sale.   Free from smoke, pets, renters.  All items in excellent condition.   Included in this wonderful sale - ExGo 2014 Golf Cart 48V Lithium, King bedroom set w new mattress, porch swing & rocking chairs, patio furniture, modern & vintage home furniture, ​original art, China & glassware, rugs, office furniture, decor & more.  The photos & description list is posted & represents what is available for sale.

Shopping days are:

Thursday April 17 - 9 a til 2 PM - full marked price / sets sold as a set 

Friday April 18 -       9 a til 2 PM - full marked price / sets sold as a set 

Saturday April 19 -  8 a til 2 PM - 50% off marked price - sets can be sold separately

                                  12 PM - 2 PM - 75% off marked price - sets can be sold separately

Closed Sunday - Easter Holiday.  Appt for pick up can be made on Monday 4/21

      Note: Golf Cart & signed artwork will be sold with a held reserved price & may be

                excluded from liquidation mark down.

Furniture removal responsibility of buyer. Bring help for loading and boxes for packing items. Cash and all major credit cards accepted (3% convenience fee). Our Company, Grand Strand Estate Sales, is not responsible for accidents. We do not have a numbering system to enter - first come is first one in when we open!!  

Loading large items will occur on the back side of home near the garage.   Please park in public parking near HGTC library or along parking in the main street.   Directional signs will be installed per regulations.  

All items are sold in AS-IS/WHERE-AS Condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:   Park along one side of the street only so the road is clear for traffic.  Park on Drivers side please.  Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.   Personally inspect all items before purchase.  Discrepancies must be reported at the sellers physical location at the time of removal.   This sale has set days and times.  This is a liquidation sale.  Saturday, 3rd day, all items are marked down 50% off unless otherwise noted or a reserve price has been set.   We dedicate ourselves to serve the needs & best interest of our client.  We appreciate all who come to the sale.  If you have any further questions, please email us at grandstrandliquidators@gmail.com
