Bring help for loading & boxes for packing items. Some boxes & wrapping paper available. Cash & all major credit cards accepted (3% convenience fee). Not responsible for accidents. We do not have a numbering system to enter - first come is first one in when we open!! ITEMS WILL BE UPDATED & ADDED. We reserve the right to remove advertised items per owner.
Announcement regarding pickup/removal of your items. We are under time constraints to have all items removed, so please, if you buy, plan to pick up your items by Sunday at noon. IF buyer does not pick up purchased item then the sale of item becomes null & void & Estate Sale company repossess & no refunds or credits will be given. We appreciate your support. We do not hold items or take deposits. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOVERS. It is the buyers responsibility to provide adequate equipment, packing materials and manpower to remove his or her items. For large or heavy items, we recommend hiring professional movers.
Pick Up / Removal: Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. All items must be removed the same day.
