This is an APPOINTMENT ONLY estate sale. Not to be exclusive; but because the parking is extremely limited, roads are very narrow, and driveways and hills are VERY STEEP. It is on the side of a mountain that drops off into a lake. Plan to walk a good ways and climb up a steep driveway.
