We are helping a client that had to leave behind a lot of concrete outdoor statues, tables, etc.

Full disclosure- There are a lot if mosquitoes on the property. I can't stress this enough. I will be in my car handling transactions, it's that bad. Bring Spray!! Watch for snakes too. Enter at your own risk. You will not be able to drive into the back, so you will have to park on the street and walk to the yard.
