Ash Court Estate Sale

�� Payment & Pricing
Payment Accepted: We accept Cash and Apple Pay (processed securely via QuickBooks for easy invoicing). We are unable to accept checks or other forms of credit card payments at this time.

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be collected on all purchases as required by South Carolina law, unless a valid, current resale certificate is provided.

Pricing: All items are priced as marked. We do not release prices prior to the start of the sale. All prices are firm on Saturday until 12:00 PM (Noon). After Noon, Magnolia Auction Co. may begin taking offers.

�� Sales are Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees, warranties, or refunds.

Inspection: Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting all items before purchase. Once an item leaves the property, it cannot be returned.

�� Moving & Removal
Buyers are Responsible for Removal: Customers must bring their own labor, tools, and packing materials to safely and efficiently load and transport all purchased items. Magnolia Auction Co. and Resale Charleston staff are not available to assist with moving large furniture or heavy items.

Removal Deadline: All purchased items, including furniture, must be removed from the premises by 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 13th, 2025 (the end of the sale). Any items not picked up by this deadline will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to Magnolia Auction Co., with no refund.

Liability During Removal: Magnolia Auction Co. and the property owner are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss incurred while customers are loading or moving items. Please exercise extreme caution when lifting and moving items.

�� General Information
Entry: A sign-up sheet may be utilized for orderly entry, especially before the 9:00 AM opening time.

Holding Items: A designated holding area will be available for sold items. Items in this area must be paid for immediately. We reserve the right to return unpaid items to the sales floor after 30 minutes.

Restricted Areas: Customers are not permitted in areas marked "Private" or "Staff Only."

Property Damage: Customers will be held responsible for any damage caused to the premises.
