Harris Estate Services presents property from our warehouse at 12 Lexus Lane, Taylors, SC 29687. We are moving to a new location and are downsizing our warehouse operations. Inventory includes a glass display case, two air conditioners, a humidifier, computer desks and chairs; air compressor and hoses; wet/dry vac; ladders and ramps; tables, shelves, stools and other furniture; pallet jack, cart and dollie; mini-fridge, microwave and printer; 10 x 10 EZ-Up canopy shelter; Uline packing peanut dispenser; 4' & 8' fluorescent light fixtures and bulbs; furniture moving blankets, tarps, bungees and tie-downs; fans and storage bins; drapery rods and curtains, utility items and more.

2) Buyer's Premium is 15%.
3) Bidders paying with a card will pay card processing fees charged by Proxibid.
4) Bidders paying with cash MUST NOTIFY Harris Estate Services of that intention by auction close to avoid having card charged and paying card processing fees.
5) Bidders that want property shipped must review sections 7, 8 and 9 of the “TERMS OF SALE”.

ONLINE Auction bidding ends on Sunday, March 23, 2025. Lot 1 ending at 8:00 pm, last lot ending at 9:00 pm Eastern time.

Property should be picked up on Monday, March 24 from 10 am-5:00 pm at 12 Lexus Lane, Taylors, SC 29687. Some items in this auction are heavy and large. We do not have porters to load heavy items for this auction. Please bring your own loading help, packing, and moving equipment. We suggest using local contractors that provide moving services for furniture if you are unable to move items yourself. Loading is at ground level. A list of potential movers is given below. Winning bidder may also have smaller items of property shipped by our third party shipper (UPS store). If you need to use a furniture mover to pick up your items a list is given below of contractors:
