We will be available to let you pick up large items after sale hours if needed, However, all items must be picked up by the end of day, July, 19th, 2025. Pickups after the sale are by appointment only. To arrange or confirm your appointment, please call Bob Bennett at 864-630-9042. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on this property. We will have boxes and bags for you to carry your smaller purchases. If you anticipate buying a large piece of furniture, please bring help for loading. All sales are final with no expressed guarantees or warranties. No returns will be accepted.

This estate has something for everyone. This estate is located in Taylors near Bushy Creek Middle scholl. follow signs from there. We have a 4 bedroom house with large screened in back porch and a large out building.

We have:

1. Household furnishings which include a nice dining room set with 8 chairs and two leaves. A cozy sofa and love seat, in the den si surounded by coffee tables, side tables, lamps and more. We have a nice Gov. Winthrop secretary, an antique writing desk, and a early 1800's desk. We have household decor for eavery room in the house. We have a trundle bed, a nice uron bed, and an antique childs bed.

2. The kitchen is loaded with pots, pans, utencils, Lenox spice set, and cannisters. Appliances galore. Griddles, broilers, crock pot, coffee maker, blender and more. Large amount of tupperware, cooking tins, and box lots full of kitchen items.

3. We have one room dedicated to Christmas decor. We have wreaths, trees, ornaments, Hand made Christmas craft items, ornaments and lights, and a great deal of miscellanious Christman decor.

4. We have one room dedicated to toys and books. There are loads of games and collectibles like Star Trak. We have train sets, motorcross sets, vintage erector set and microscope set. For you doll collectors we have almosty 20 Strawberry Shortcake dolls from the early 80's as well as secveral other dolls.

5. We have one room dedicated to craft items. If you are a crafter, you will be in heaven. Craft kits, dress patterns, craft paints, sewing machines, stenciling, and much more.

6. Our last bedroom has clothes for both men (hunting Clothes), childrens and women. We have some costume jewelry, bedroom furniture and misc. items. And as always, we have plenty of boxs lots.

7. In the outbuilding, we have a woodworkers dream. From router/ table saw combo, planer, Schroll saw, Band saw and just about every hand tool you can imagine. There are yard tools, lawmower, edgers, woodcrafting items, bikes just to name a few. We even have some lumber for sale.

8. On the back porch and deck, we have patio furniture, a wicker patio set, antique childrens school desk, lanterns, sports equipment bird houses and chimes, Old mantles (2), antique sewing machine stands, many outdoor patio chairs.

9. For the men, we have a nice collection of guns, including rifles, shotguns, pistols, knives, and ammo. There is over 20 to choose from. We also have a good selection of name brand rods and reels, and plenty of tackle.
