Pre-Sales - Grasons typically does not pre-sell items, however, we will consider pre-selling specialty and other larger items such as very large furniture, automobiles, grandfather, clocks, and pool tables. If you are interested in pre-purchasing this type of item, please contact us by text or phone at 615-967-8773. You may text us a photo of what you are interested in, and we will let you know if it can be pre-sold.

Seller and Grasons are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only no checks will be accepted. Customer is responsible for moving/hauling large item purchases such as furniture, appliances, etc.

Grasons places a sign-in sheet outside the home the night before the sale starts. When the address goes live at 5AM the morning of the sale, you may come sign-in to secure your spot to enter the home at 10AM. You can leave and go get coffee, snooze a bit longer, or eat breakfast...just make sure to be back just before 10AM sharp. When we open the doors at 10AM, the names who signed in on the list will be called in order.

🚗 PARKING - PLEASE READ🚗 Limited Parking & Controlled Entry Policy - THERE IS NO STREET PARKING AVAILABLE AT THIS ESTATE SALE.

Parking will be in the yard areas. Grass could be wet, or slippery, enter and park at your own risk!

WE WILL BE LIMITING THE NUMBER OF CARS THAT CAN ENTER THE DRIVEWAY OF THIS HOME. A team member will be stationed at the road to indicate whether there is space for vehicles to enter the driveway/yard to park. If it is full, cones will be placed across the driveway, so please check back.
