Parking will be done on the left side of the road. (Same side as the house is one.) PARKING IS PASSED THE HOUSE! Please pay attention to the yellow parking signs. The right side of the road is for traffic and emergency traffic. You will be asked to move your car if you attempt to park on right side of the road! Pay attention to the yellow signs!

THIS DRIVEWAY IS VERY STEEP! Downhill! There are steps you can take. With that being said this house SEVERAL NARROW SMALL STEPS. If steps are issue for you this house would not be a good idea to attempt. It’s an older small THREE level home. Also this home was loved with pets.

Some Victorian era items, and mid century modern. The homeowner was a musician. There will be an electric guitar along with some music items. Amplifier etc. several collectibles such as Star Wars, magic, and comics. Some electronic items. you will find bedroom furniture, living room, dining room and office furniture. The homeowner was also into wood working. There are several power tools. And hand tools. You will find small kitchen appliances, dinnerware, flat ware, and glassware. 3 day sale with discounts. Saturday 10-3pm Sunday 50% 1pm-4pm Monday 70% 10am-1pm. Our hours are prompt.
