•PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS.
•Items are sold at discount starting on Friday at the discretion of New Leaf.
•This is a private home with no bathroom facilities for the public.
•Parking Reminder
Most estate sales are located in private residential areas. There is limited event parking available. You are responsible for following local and state regulations for parking your vehicles. We are not responsible for any tickets or towing you might incur for parking illegally or on another person’s property.

Photos update:
Photos are taken before pricing so some of the displays change as we price. Also occasionally families will see a family treasure that they will remove.
