*Memphis Estate Sales reserves the right to change all prices regardless of possible photo of price sticker prior to or during sale, Associates at their discretion, can adjust a price upward or downward during a sale if they see fit, for any reason
and by attending to a Memphis Estate Sale Event, patrons agree to this stipulation and will hold Memphis Estate Sales Co. harmless.
