No parking along the side of the road, other neighbors’ yards or driveways. Park in the field. Walk to back left side of field beside garage apartment for entrance to the home.

Home entrance and exit at the front.

1st floor, 2nd floor, and 2nd floor deck area - items for sale with price tag.

Building A, B, and C can be viewed from doorway only. Pictures will be posted. These building will be accepting bids on contents all day Friday and Saturday. Highest bidder will be contacted on Saturday evening from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. If highest bidder does not respond then the they forfeit their bid to the next highest bidder which will be contacted Saturday evening 7:00 to 8:00 pm. Highest bidder will pay for building contents on Sunday between 2:00 and 5:00 pm. If payment not received by 5:00 pm on Sunday then forfeit of bid will go to next highest bidder. Winner will schedule a day to come pickup and clean out building.

Note: Building B - Car does not convey.

Note: Building C - One section of entire building will be marked off due to family items not to be included.
