Pre-Sales - Grasons typically does not pre-sell items, however, we will consider pre-selling specialty and other larger items such as very large furniture, automobiles, grandfather, clocks, and pool tables. If you are interested in pre-purchasing this type of item, please contact us by text or phone at 615-967-8773. You may text us a photo of what you are interested in, and we will let you know if it can be pre-sold.

Seller and Grasons are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only no checks will be accepted. Customer is responsible for moving/hauling large item purchases such as furniture, appliances, etc.

Grasons places a sign-in sheet outside the home the night before the sale starts. When the address goes live at 5AM the morning of the sale, you may come sign-in to secure your spot to enter the home at 10AM. You can leave and go get coffee, snooze a bit longer, or eat breakfast...just make sure to be back just before 10AM sharp. When we open the doors at 10AM, the names who signed in on the list will be called in order.
