1.        Yamaha Grand Piano Model GP1PE. It has a glossy black cabinet in a beautiful condition. Serial number 5911160. We have a delivery receipt from Kimbell’s dated 2001. It is 62″ long which qualifies it has a full grand. 57″ wide across the keys. It sits on heavy brass casters. In good condition. It is on the ground floor with only two small steps to get on driveway. Please bring assistance to move or hire someone. This can be moved on another day. The matching piano bench included.
2.        Cute Antique Victorian Settee. It has ornate carving across the back and legs. There is a tufted peach upholstered seat. 35″ wide x 22″ deep x 28″ tall. Good sturdy clean condition.
3.        Stately Three Section Bookcase Display with Cabinet. There are three panel doors across the bottom with fluted half columns running up the front. It is caped with an impressive pediment. The very front piece comes off so it is not as wide. Moves in two pieces. 74″ wide x 16″ deep x 85″ tall. Very clean condition and contents are sold separately.
4.        Two Pieces of Kaiser Porcelain. Includes 398 Mother with Child with a repair on the knees. The horse is #424 in original condition.
5.        Cozy Loveseat with Light Peach Upholstery. 68″ wide x 37″ deep x 34″ tall. In good clean condition and sturdy.
6.        Lovely Oval Black Lacquer Table with Mother of Pearl Inlay. 32″ wide x 28″ deep x 21″ tall. It has an intentionally distressed finish with an eggshell cracking in the finish. There is a wee chip out of the side. See photos! Ornate heavy carved base. The two candlesticks are included.
7.        GE Top Loading Washing Machine Model GTWN4250D2WS. White and in good clean condition.
8.        GE Front Loading Clothes Dryer Model GTDP490ED8WS. It is white and is in good working condition.
9.        Adorable Antique Doll Stroller. The undercarriage has a metal frame with metal wheels with spokes and rims. The basket section is complicated woven cane with lots of gingerbread accents. It has a wooden push handle attached to the wooden part. There is a metal hook that supports a canopy. There is a bear reading a book while wearing glasses and holding a wee bear included.
10.  Antique Buffet with Three Drawers Featuring Painted Accents. The top has an intentional distressed finish with painted ferns. The front of the drawers also have painted accents. It sits on heavy cabriolet legs. There are paint chips of two front legs. 39″ wide x 20″ deep x 32″ tall. Nice Sturdy piece.
11.  Fine Inlay Mahogany Coffee Table by Councill Craftsman. Measures 27″ x 32″ with the leaves up. 17″ wide with the leaves down. 27.5″ tall. The top has gorgeous woodgrain and four rows of inlay patten all on the inside. The drawer has a pretty pull with inlay edge. It has pretty tapered legs with stenciled gold flowers. Light scuffing though good condition.
12.  Large Group of Bronze Colored Decorative Items. We have round and square urns, vases, and more. All in good condition.
13.  Greeting Card Display Rack with three independent rotating displays. Each one holds 48 cards. It sits on a 26″ diameter round base on casters. 75″ tall. It has a couple of dings on the top and bottom though fully functional.
14.  Wall Mirror in Carved Gilt Wooden Frame with Cream Paint. 29.5″ wide x 27.5″ tall. It has a carved draped curtain design on the pediment which is toped with a vase of flower medallion. Couple of scuffs, though generally good condition.
15.  Silver Metallic Wall Mounted Display with two drawers on the front and a mirror inside. It may be missing a piece of molding across the top though the remaining molding is symmetrical so it does not look incomplete. It has holders for shelves though we have not located. 42″ tall x 25″ wide x 10″ deep.
16.  Plush Beige Sofa by Lane Furniture with a single cushion on the seat and accents pillows. 86″ wide x 38″ deep x 30″ tall. It has the little hooks to hold the cushion in place. In very good clean condition. The large rolled arms make it a stately piece.
17.  8′ x 2′ Runner with Pretty Flowering Plants and Black Background. In good condition.
18.  Ornately Carved French Style Bench with gold upholstery with Greek key pattern. There are upholstery tacks that look good with the painted gold accents. 33″ wide x 20″ deep x 28″ tall. Very nice condition.
19.  Large Glass Top Coffee Table in a Bronze Metal Frame. It has scrolling legs with serpentine sides and beveled corners. 52″ long x 37″ deep x 21″ tall. A few flakes off the finish, though in good condition.
20.  PAIR of Queen Anne Arn Chairs with Pretty Wisteria Upholstery. 31″ wide x 31″ deep x 41″ tall. Both in very good clean condition with just a few scuffs on the feet.
21.  Tan Chaise Lounge by Bauhaus. It is super cozy with a nice look. 39″ wide x 64″ long x 37″ tall. Take a relaxation or nap on this lovely piece.
22.  Gorham China in the Ridgewood Gold Pattern. It has six dinner plates, eight each of soup bowls, salad plates, cups & saucers, plus a round and oval serving pieces. Plus, a cream & sugar. In good condition with no chips or cracks we noted.
23.  Two Drawer Lateral File in Mahogany Laminate. Good clean condition., though the locks have been removed. 31.5″ wide x 20″ deep x 30″ tall.
24.  Retromer Fine China in Imperil Collection Malachite. There are 12 ore more of dinner plates; salad plates; bowls; cups & saucers. There is also a cream or sugar.
25.  Treasure Trove of Fine Upholstery Fabric. There are some very long bolts and some with a smaller amounts. There are about 18 overall bolts. The majority have a reddish gold theme.
26.  Fall Theme Collection with decorative pumpkins, hand towels with pumpkins, bowls, platter and mixing bowls. Soooo much fun fall themes.
27.  Cream Loveseat by Baker with curved edges. It has a pretty pattern in the upholstery. 66″ wide x 36″ deep x 34″ tall. Good overall condition though there are stains on one side of the loveseat. Perfect for reading a book.
