Pre-retirement moving sale

This pre-retirement moving sale is one day only: 9am-4pm (or until all items are sold).  All furniture was bought in 2021 from DT McCall (Lebanon), Bassett of Cool Springs (Franklin), Wayfair (on-line), and OfficeMax.  All furniture is in perfect condition, modern farmhouse style, and high quality:  no scratches, dents, or nicks (exception of two minor nicks seller will divulge at sale).  All furniture always cleaned with Old English wood oil.  Each furniture set will be sold as one price, and pieces will not be sold separately.      

• 5-piece grey King bedroom set (headboard/footboard/side rails), two nightstands (soft close; power strip with outlet and USB charging ports); 8-drawer dresser (soft-close) 6-drawer chest (soft-close).
• Homestretch Denali reclining sofa and two manual rocker recliners in grey microsuede.  Although the pieces were not dirty, they were recently cleaned with upholstery cleaner for sanitary purposes.
• 5' 1/2" L x 6' H x 14"D solid wood and black wrought iron Industrial style bookcase with rolling wheels.
• Marka Armless Club Chair (beige, tan, brown, orange).  Perfect for foyer or entryway.
• Old-fashioned, locking, rolltop desk with multiple drawers, cabinets, and keyboard capability.  
• Black WorkPro 4000 series, Multifunction Ergonomic mesh/fabric high-back executive office chair with wheels.  (bought from Office Max).  Recently cleaned with upholstery cleaner for sanitary purposes.
• 9x12 multicolored Mashad Collection area rug (forest green, orange, beige,).  Recently steam cleaned for sanitary purposes. 
• Sleepy's brand Hush pillowtop California King mattress and boxspring.  For sanitary purposes, this mattress has never been directly slept on as a 4" mattress topper was added upon initial purchase.
• Magnolia Manor entertainment tv stand, two chair side tables, end table in Farmhouse white. 
• Standing jewelry box with glass front door and felt interior.
