All items must be removed NLT 2:00 PM on Saturday.
YOU MUST HAVE MOVING HELP TO MOVE ANY LARGE ITEMS! WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU AS WE WILL BE ASSISTING OTHERS DURING THE SALE. We do have a couple of numbers of independent contractors that will help you for a fee. They may not be on site. They do not work for Blue Moon Estate Sales.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees do not help load large items.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before. Numbers will be given out at the Welcome Sign one hour prior to opening to determine who enters first.
7) If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
8) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch.
10) We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.

(1) 2018 Tiny Heirloom "Contempo" Travel Trailer Home: The Contempo’s exterior features flat roofs over both ends and the shed roof in between, a mixture of pine tongue and groove, dark seam metal siding, and a full light front door. Upon entering the 250ft² Contempo, there are over 14 feet of windows towering over the double staircase. Each staircase has custom metal handrails that complement the modern design. The space below each run of stairs will feature over 60 ft.³ of drawers and shelving to facilitate everything at home would need! Up the left wing of the stairs will be your 55ft ² master loft. Large enough to facilitate a queen size bed and includes two built-in reading lights. The master loft also includes a 5ft pony wall to add privacy but still keep the space feeling open. Opposite the master loft that will be the guest loft equipped with room for a full-size bed, brushed oak hardwood flooring, and two windows to bring natural light. ($75,000)
