PARKING FOR THIS ESTATE SALE! The home is on Fleetwood Drive. It’s best to park on Fleetwood Drive. The gps takes you to front of the house. Obviously you can’t park there. The entrance to the sale through garage. That’s where the register will be located. The garage is facing S Forest Ave. the home has two driveways. The one on Fleetwood Drive, is for workers to park. Loading driveway will be the driveway located on S Forest Ave. My normal customers who are disabled, have a hard time walking, you know who you are. You can park in the driveway in Fleetwood. You can call Heather to make sure there is parking spot available for you in the driveway. Otherwise let you party drop you off on S Forest Ave and let you walk in for sale. We are asking customers to park on Fleetwood Drive. Traffic seemed to be less traveled than S Forest Ave. you will have to walk. The driveway in fleetwood will walk you to the back yard and gazebo. Walk passed the gazebo and follow the brick walkway to entrance. I will post picture of map of the road and house layout for reference for anyone confused by my verbiage. On Fleetwood Drive there will be one side of the road marked no parking as we have to let emergency lane be open. Also so cars can freely go by.  You can try to park in S Forest Ave. but I wouldn’t recommend it was a busy road. 

This estate sale is a moving estate. This lovely family has sold their beautiful home and will be moving out of state. This estate sale will be a 3 day sale with discounts. Sale will begin Saturday June 7th 10am. This is a first come first serve basis. No presales! There are no numbers given out. So that means good ole fashion single file line. Understand to enter this estate sale you will have to park behind the home on a side street. Entrance will not be permitted at the front door. Entrance to sale will be on the side of the home. When parking please be respectful to residents of the streets you are parking. Do not block mailboxes or driveways. 
 
This estate sale features items that are like new and very excellent used condition. You will find dining room, pub room, living room, bedroom, office and patio furniture. Small kitchen appliances. Dinnerware, kitchenware, flatware will be available at this sale. Along with linens. Home decor of all kinds.
