Items MUST be removed from premises by close of sale. Please be prepared to remove your furniture and appliances upon purchase! Bring your own tools. Statements made day of sale take precedence over posted advertisements. Occasionally items must be withdrawn from a sale beforehand. If that happens we will attempt to edit listing before sale. Dr. Holloway's Estate Sales is pleased to present a beautiful downsizing sale in the gated community of Castlewood, which is located on Hillsboro Road, south of Tyne Boulevard. The gates will open at 7:30 a.m. please do not arrive before 7:30. Do not park on Hillsboro. Do not block the gate. When exiting the community we suggest you turn right, with the traffic, for easier egress. Traffic on Hillsboro can be be very heavy and turn left against traffic can be complicated.

Our client owned the high-end ladies fashion boutique Pastiche in Nashville. You will find handbags, clothing and jewelry from the sale as well as mirrors, mannequins, and assorted store fixtures. If you run a vintage clothing re-sale shop or booth, this is a perfect opportunity to purchase fixtures and displays. 

The clients are still residing in the home therefore several areas are blocked off. Please be respectful and do not enter restricted areas. Please be aware for those with pet allergies, the clients are pet owners. A special thank you is extended to our client for assistance in pricing the gowns and other designer fashions. 

 

Please note: a neighbor is having a garage sale at the same time as our SALE. Please do not mistake it for our sale, which is fantastic!
