Description & Details

The Robert Wells Estate in Oliver Springs is just 5 miles from Oak Ridge. Easy access from Highway. There are two houses included in this sale. The main house and a tiny home used as a vacation rental.

Mr. Wells lived a long life and enjoyed nice furnishings. He loved the French Provincial style but also had modern La-z-Boy, Smart TV and music.

There is a driveway that circles up a hill in front of the house. It is recommended to bring your truck as lower driveway is gravel.

The driveway will be kept clear for loading unloading people and loading furniture.
