We reserve the right to limit the number of people entering the home. While in the home we ask that you practice social distancing whenever possible. We want everyone to feel safe with these procedures during the sale. Please give other buyers and our staff the respect and courtesy you expect.
*We do not hand out numbers, it is up to you to hold your place in line if one is present.
*We work hard to price items fairly, prices are firm on the first day and will follow discounts on subsequent days
* Placing of your sold or paid stickers will not be honored under any circumstances.
*PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS! OUR STAFF IS NOT REQUIRED TO LIFT HEAVY ITEMS. Come prepared if you are purchasing large items. Such as a truck, proper tie down equipment. Secure your load for safety precautions when you drive away. All large items will need to be picked up one hour prior to closing the last day of sale with no exceptions.

PowerHouse Estate Sales welcomes you out to the 3 corners. This home is nestled back in the Seymour community with great views of the Smokies to enjoy on your visit. Located in a tri county area of Sevier, Blount and Knox Counties. This sale will offer treasures from the past that the owner enjoyed collecting throughout the years.
We will start out with vintage glassware consisting of Milk Glass, Pink Depression, Vintage Federal, Anchor Hocking, Vintage Avon Collectibles, Vintage Blue Cobalt and Mikasa and some vintage Atlas Glass. Prints from Jim Gray and various artists will be throughout the home. Tiffany Lamps, home decor, a good selection of bedroom furniture from American Drew and Vaughn. Full and queen size bedding , along with quilts, blankets and linens. Kitchen and Dining to include Corning Ware, Pyrex, Lodge Cast Iron and Vintage Tupperware. A set of Whirlpool washer and dyer along with a GE Fridge. A collection of vintage dolls and accessories. Women's clothing and jewelry will be available. Home decor to include accent pieces, decorative wreaths, along with holiday items. Don't forget to check out the views when you get here, just relaxing. As always the list goes on, but we know you like looking at the pictures too.
