Armstrong Estate Sales |  Have you ever been to an estate sale at a motel (stop by our sale and you can say you have). The owners have recently passed away. This space was used as a motel and living spaces for over 90 years. We are finding lots of unique items tucked away.  There will be lots of rooms available to walk through (see photo of layout). The main office/apartment (two stories) plus 6  individual rooms. No holds on items or asking for pricing (we may not have time to answer your questions).  We do not offer early shopping to anyone (so if you see something you want from our photos, be in line early). MUST MOVE large items yourself. All items need to be picked up before our sale ends. You'll find a treasure (or 2), we promise! 

FRIDAY 9-3 PM  |   FULL PRICE DAY  (No haggling, PERIOD)

SATURDAY 9-2 PM   |   HALF OFF DAY 

SATURDAY 2-3 PM   |  75% OFF EVERYTHING (but you can't hold your items before 2:00 PM for this discount)

The oven needs a piece replaced in order to get hot. This will not be with the other items.
