This estate sale features a cute little three bedroom house with a deattached garage. The times posted are listed in eastern standard time. Local times will be central time zone. Please pay attention to sale hours. This is a three day sale with discounts. Sale starts on Friday!! 

 Sale hours are as follows. Friday 7/18/25 3pm to 7pm EST. Local time (central time zone) is 2pm-6pm. Saturday 7/19/25 50% off 10am-3pm EST. Local time (central) is 9am-2pm. Sunday 7/20/25 70% off. 1pm-4pm EST. Local time (central) 12pm to 3pm. 
 

this sale has living room, sunroom, dinning, sitting room, and bedroom furniture. There is China set, Pyrex, Tupperware, Corning ware, Corelle, Paula Dean cooking pans. Flatware, kitchen utensils, home decor, mid century modern home decor. Two flat screen televisions, pocket knives. There will be two pistols for sale. One is a revolver other is a semi automatic. See pictures for reference.. 4 rifles, Mossberg 20ga bolt action, a single shot 20 gauge, Marlin 16ga bolt action, and lastly Winchester 67-22 single shot bolt action.  See pictures for reference. There is lots of JEWELRY. There is costume jewelry as well as some real jewelry. Bar stools, large jewelry box and small jewelry box. Some guys stuff in the garage. There is NFL and NASCAR collectibles. There is vintage board games. Hand sewn quilts two of them. There is corn hole boards, porch decor, pressure washer, hand tools, motorcycle helmets, weed eaters, stihl m250 chain saw, also a smoker.

there is empty lot across the street from the home you can park in. Do not block other residents driveways or mailboxes. Do not park in the homes driveway. It’s for loading purposes only. Entrance to sale will be in the back.

to purchase firearm you must have a carry permit (in date.) I Will call and verify permit. If no concealed weapon permit available you must complete a background check before purchasing. Must be 21 years old or older.
