- Day 1, 100% of sticker price
- Day 2, 75% of sticker price
- Day 3, 50% of sticker price
4. Areas or rooms may be prohibited at the request of estate representative.
5. No smoking, eating, or drinking inside or on the property grounds.
6. Please, no large bags or purses inside the property.
7. Please, no children under the age of 12.
8. There will not be any sales made outside of the property unless item(s) are paid for in full. Item(s) will not be held for any specific person.
9. Pranton accepts all major credit cards and cash as payment for item(s).
10. Items are purchased as-is. Special considerations may be made.
