This home is over 100 years old and is not in "Like New Condition." There are many ups and downs, wooden and stone stairs, countless French Doors, plus a POOL in the backyard! We are not Life Guards and cannot monitor the pool area for children, adults or pets during the sale. You attend this sale at your own risk. By choosing to attend, you waive any liability for any harm to your person or any damage to your property while on the premises. The Estate Liquidator, Staff, Homeowners ARE NOT LIABLE for any injuries or damage to your person or property.
ACCESSIBILITY:
We apologize, but this sale is not ADA accessible. Due to the Historical status of this home it is not suitable to anyone who has limited mobility or uses a wheelchair. The large scale front steps are made of stone and there is no handrail. The side and back yards have unsafe walkways with broken steps and large pieces of debris. The interior is complicated as well.

* NO EARLY BIRDS. Sign up sheet will out on the front porch an hour prior to sale start. No snooping around the property or yard. if it says "no entry" , do not enter.

The BRAINS appear on shelves lined with vintage hard-covered books on philosophy, various religions, classical literature, and children’s fairytales, alongside paperbacks filled with contemporary fiction, poetry, and instructional titles. Just beyond the bookshelves, a first- and second-generation Apple computers offer a glimpse into the intellect of the couple who made this house their home.
But this was a lived-in family home, too. You will also find vintage toys, sports equipment, fishing gear, a Fisher sound system, a small collection of clothing, and plenty of unexpected discoveries tucked around every corner.
