Limited entry (as space allows.) We do our best to answer your questions. Limited entry- there will be a line to enter and shop. No pets, baby strollers, food or drink please. Children must stay with parent at all times and may look but not touch due to the large number of breakable items. Austin Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents so please watch your step!
No large purses or backpacks or personal shopping bags unless transparent. We provide shopping baskets and will gladly secure your selections while you shop. We will have some packing material and boxes on hand for our customers until it runs out . All items are sold "as is" "where is" and all sales final.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards and ApplePay. We charge 8.25% local sales tax on purchases. Re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us.
All items must be removed by Tuesday after the sale unless other arrangements are made with Joe or Cathie.

Our thoroughly modern Millie client is shipping off to Barcelona and these are preview photos showing the staged home. Our expectation is that most of the furnishings you see will be part of the sale (we have listed maker's names and details down below.) Some art may be gone, others added, same with lamps, rugs and down the line. Of course, there will be much much more than meets the eye so follow this sale as we update photos and details at regular intervals...
