Limited entry- there will be a line to enter and shop. No pets, baby strollers, food or drink please. Children must stay with guardian at all times and may look but not touch due to the large number of breakable items. Austin Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents so please watch your step!
No large purses or backpacks or personal shopping bags unless transparent. We provide shopping baskets gladly secure your selections while you shop. We will have some packing material and boxes on hand for our customers until it runs out. All items are sold "as is" and "where is" and all sales are final.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards. We charge 8.25% local sales tax on purchases. Re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us.
All items must be removed by Tuesday after the sale unless other arrangements are made with Joe or Cathie.
